Leonard Sellers is missing from a care home on Chorley New Road
POLICE are searching for an elderly man who went missing from a Bolton care home.
Leonard Sellers, aged 78, is suffering with early onset dementia and was last seen at the home on Chorley New Road.
He is described as a white male of medium build who is 5ft6 inches tall.
He was wearing a grey coat with a blue shirt and blue jeans when he went missing.
Early onset dementia can cause confusion or make it difficult to remember things, especially in the short-term.
Anyone who may have seen Mr Sellers should contact police as soon as possible on 101.
