ANYONE interested in helping revive Horwich Music Festival can find out how they can get involved at a public meeting on Friday.
The previous committee announced they were unable to continue organising the festival and would step down in October.
Councillors Kevin McKeon, Ian Carruthers and Gordon Stone are now exploring possibilities of how to take the festival forward and are seeking the help and support of the community.
They will need to find volunteers to take the festival forward if it is to take place as usual next year.
The meeting will take place on Friday at 7pm at Horwich Community Centre in Beaumont Road.
