A young people's charity is challenging youths to share and celebrate what they love about their town by taking part in a photography competition.
Farnworth based young people’s charity, Zac’s Youth Bars, has launched the Love Farnworth competition, with a £50 prize for the winner.
The competition is funded by the Farnworth Suffragette Centenary Fund and is open to three age categories (8-11’s, 12-14’s, 15-18’s).
Cash prizes will be given for first, second and third place in each category.
Paul Saxon, a youth worker at Zac’s, said: "Farnworth is an amazing place with amazing people, but we are often so focused on what needs to change to improve it that we often forget to shout about the good things.
"This competition is about young people celebrating what they are proud of about Farnworth and sharing what is good about the community that they are part of."
