I WOULD like to thank all the people who attended the Remembrance service at Farnworth war memorial.
The amount of people who attended and took part in the Parade was tremendous and the number of Young People their was heart-warming to see.
I would also like to thank the following people without whose help it would not have been possible.
Paul Sanders, Maureen Flitcroft and the people from Farnworth and Kearsley First, the Rev Tony Cowell for his lovely service, and Walkden Band.
Also the Army cadets and especially the young Air cadet at the war memorial who gave out the order of service and last but not least Angie Quinn who was the Parade Marshall for the exceptional job that she did.
Once again, thank you to everybody who attended and I hope to see you all next year.
