Manchester Christmas Markets
Until Saturday, December 22
With over 300 stalls spread out across nine locations in Manchester City Centre, visitors will be feeling extra festive this season.
Manchester’s Christmas Markets are famous for their traditional bratwurst but there will be even more European goodies on offer.
Walkden in a Winter Wonderland
November 24, 10am-5pm
Walkden’s Christmas celebrations are launching on Saturday 24th November with ‘Walkden in a Winter Wonderland’ from 10am.
Santa will be stopping by and inviting children into his magical grotto for gifts and photos.
As well as this, students from Harrop Fold School will be treating shoppers to performing live music.
Worsley Artisan Christmas Fair
December 6, 5pm-10pm
Worsley Court House
A festive evening of shopping and fun.
Toast to the festive season with complimentary mulled gin as stalls showcase the finest local artisan producers with their unique gifts that you won’t be able to buy on the high street.
Bolton Handmade Christmas Market
November 24-25, 10am-4pm
Bolton Handmade Christmas Market will be taking over the Festival Hall and the Lancaster Suite at The Albert Halls in Bolton once again for a two-day Christmas Market.
Over 100 handmade craft and artisan food stalls will be available for visitors to enjoy as well as live music.
Liverpool Christmas Market
St George’s Plateau
Until December 24
If you’re in the mood to venture out of Greater Manchester for an evening to celebrate the festive season, Liverpool will be holding their markets from 16th November to 24th December.
More than 40 cabins covered in garlands as well as three outdoor German bars serving mulled wine and beer.
With gourmet burgers, bratwursts, hot chocolate and other treats to look forward to, Liverpool will be worth the trip.
Chester Christmas Market,
Until December 22
Over 70 traditional wooden chalets will be in the heart of Chester surrounding a glittering Christmas tree.
There will be over 40 spectacular gins, prosecco cocktails and local real ales on offer at the Gin & Ale Bar.
The markets will also include local and regional products-jewellery, stocking fillers and clothing.
