A MAN and a woman have been arrested following an early morning incident on Victory Street, Bolton.
Police were alerted shortly before 8.10am and four vehicles attended the scene.
A police spokesman said: "Police were called after a report that a man and a woman had been seen with weapons and a car had been damaged.
"They were arrested on suspicion of affray and taken into custody for questioning."
