MP Chris Green and Cllr Susan Baines met with residents in Ox Hey Lane during the summer
RESIDENTS affected by ongoing issues in Ox Hey Lane are invited to attend a public meeting with their MP and councillor tonight.
The construction of two developments in the area has angered residents who say the country lane has been "desecrated" creating a "death trap" for cyclists and walkers.
Earlier this month, an elderly cyclist was left unconscious after her bike hit a trench left exposed by builders.
Cllr Sue Baines and Chris Green will meet concerned residents at 7pm at the Bee Hive pub and carvery in Chorley New Rd, Horwich.
