LAND in Tyldesley complete with a billboard is up for grabs at a national property auction on 10 December.
The site is a free-hold vacancy with a guide price of £115,000 to £125,000.
Stretton's Auction Director Philip Waterfield said that the land, previously owned by JCDecaux, is an opportunity which has not been available for years.
"These sites are always popular with people who think 'I could do something with that.'"
He added that the site could be good for advertising or as a car park.
