Jump on board the Smiley train
BOLTON may not have a tram service, but it's got a temporary town centre train service thanks to the festive Smiley Train.
Youngsters were thrilled to get on board, as were their footsore parents who were happy to take a break from their Christmas shopping and let the train take the strain on its route around the town centre.
The train is open weekends from 10am to 5pm until December 23, and will also be running on December 20 and 21.
