IAN Greenhalgh asks what price freedom — a very high price for our freedom was paid for in Two World Wars with millions gave their lives for our freedoms.

The referendum was called because the EU is totally corrupt and the markets rigged in favour of Germany and France, both of whom export millions of pounds worth of goods to us more than we do to them.

When Cameron went to the EU to discuss our concerns with them, they treated him and our nation with utter contempt. That was why a referendum was called.

I voted to join a trade block not the undemocratic Mafia that it has become — rotten and corrupt to the core.

Despite "Project Fear" the voters voted to leave. Now Project Fear Mark Two is in full swing.

I agree with his judgment of our MPs — instead of backing the democratic vote of the people, they chose self interest.

Barnier stated that he would punish the UK for daring to vote leave, yet in spite of this, many of our MPs supplied him with information to use against us.

We should never have sat at the same table with Barnier or anyone else threatening our nation.

Renegotiate or walk and do not pay the EU one penny, unless progress is forthcoming on future trade.

Fight, not capitulate.
