SIX new starters have sparked exciting times at a Bolton based Chartered Accountants and business advisors.

Hayley Roach has joined Beech Business Services as head of its expanding Payroll team. Hayley brings over 15 years’ experience to the role from her previous position at the Manchester office of a global accounting firm.

Katharine Redmond has joined Barlow Andrews as practice manager, having spent over 20 years working in Manchester City Centre for an international law firm.

Four trainees have started on the apprenticeship scheme.

Zoe Miller and Liam Bradley are training towards their AAT qualification, while Monica Fatania and Amy McKnight have begun their Chartered Accounting training.

This now takes the team to 65 staff members across their two offices at Chorley New Road, Bolton and Duckworth Street, Darwen.

As a long-established chartered accountancy practice, Barlow Andrews not only prepare accounts, conduct audits and assist clients with corporate and personal tax, but offer a wide range of other services too. Everything from book-keeping, payroll and VAT returns through to tax planning, business planning, profit and cashflow forecasting and company secretarial work.

Barlow Andrews has been at the heart of the local community since it was founded in 1922 and will be celebrating their 100 year anniversary in 2022. They now have nine partners and pride themselves on giving their clients a bespoke service with partners taking personal responsibility for managing client relationships.
