A LEADING entrepreneur gave a speech to high school students as she recounted her career.

Green and Black’s chocolate founder Josephine Fairley told students at Bolton School Girls’ Division about her journey and shared some of her life lessons.

Josephine offered business expertise and told the students her “golden rules for success”, touching upon crucial parts in her company story.

She also told the students to be “brave and daring” and take risks if needed, telling them to be prepared to work hard and be willing.

The talk was part of series of free, public enrichment lectures organised by the Girls’ Division.
