WELCOMING: Father Christmas and his elves will be greeting visitors beside a cosy real fire
FATHER Christmas will be in residence at Hoghton Tower this weekend for any excited youngsters with last minute gift requests.
He will be greeting girls and boys in the splendid surroundings of the magnificent banqueting hall between 10am and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
You can also join the big man and his elves as they listen to traditional Christmas carols performed by Hoghton in Harmony between 2.30pm and 3pm on Sunday.
Tickets include mince pie and mulled wine for adults and a Christmas cookie and hot chocolate for children.
