A FIRE which left a car 'totally destroyed' is thought to have been started deliberately.
Crews received reports of the blaze in Darley Street, Halliwell, at 11.15pm last night.
Firefighters say they arrived at the scene to find a white Toyota Avensis 'well alight'.
Bolton Central Fire Station watch manager Andrew Foy added: "It was completely burnt out by the time we left.
"It was definitely started deliberately from the reports of neighbours, and police will be involved. The car had two plates on the front as well."
No one is thought to have been hurt in the incident.
