A DRIVER who was caught driving two uninsured cars in a matter of moments has been arrested.
GMP traffic officers stopped the person at around 11.40pm in Mornington Road, Halliwell, on Tuesday night.
They claimed to have seen the driver stop a vehicle, a silver Vauxhall, and run across the carpark to a dark blue Saab, before trying to drive the second car - at which point officers stopped it.
After being detained the driver was subjected to a roadside drugs test which they reportedly failed.
Both vehicles were then seized and were taken away by specialist recovery services.
