GENEROUS members of the Bolton and Bury Business Networking Group raised a welcome donation for a children’s charity at their last meeting.
As well as donating raffle prizes, they helped boost funds to £300 for Children Today which buys individual pieces of equipment for children and young people with disabilities.
The monthly meeting, held at local hotels including Bolton Whites and the Last Drop Village, has members from all types of businesses and regularly supports charities.
Jo Fulthorpe, who runs the Bolton and Bury franchise of the national networking organisation, said: “Our members are always incredibly supportive and we are proud as a group to do our best for local charities.”
