BOLTON TUC expressed its grave concern at the behaviour of Ken Anderson, chairman of BWFC, when it met for the first time this year.
We noted the continued non-payment of staff, the attacks on Bolton News journalists attempting to keep the public informed, the smokescreen of disinformation, and the continued payment of very large amounts of money to the Anderson family whilst the club teeters on the brink of disintegration.
We are also concerned that the University of Bolton(UoB) has paid a significant sum of money to sponsor the stadium.
TUC delegates continue to hope for Bolton Wanderers to become a team which can bring pride and joy to the town again.
We would love also to see the University of Bolton bringing pride by association with one of the 12 founder members of the Football League.
Unfortunately, this can only begin when we see the back of Ken Anderson.
Sometimes there are enough people sufficiently angry to make a change.
Bolton TUC hopes 2019 is the year we get our football club back.
