A FUNDRAISING page has been set up to cover the funeral costs of a Radcliffe Football Club photographer, who died in a car crash.

60-year-old father of two Peter Lee was one of seven club staff and volunteers travelling home following a game against Ashton Athletic in December, when they were involved in a three-vehicle collision on the M60.

A JustGiving page has been set up, trying to raise the £5,000 needed to pay for the funeral.

“Any help will be greatly appreciated.”

Mr Lee’s partner Lorraine described him as a “lovely dad and partner” who “would do anything for anybody”.

Radcliffe FC chairman Paul Hilton also paid tribute to Mr Lee after his death.

He said: “Peter was a big part of our football family. He was a wonderful man, always s

“Everyone at the club will miss him greatly. We will support his family in every way possible going forward.”
