THE wintry weather is no excuse not to get out and about this weekend.

We have five brilliant things to do — all undercover.

A musical inspired by boy band Take That will show at The Lowry.

Written by Olivier Award winning writer Tim Firth, the show features the music of Take That, Britain’s most successful boyband of all time, whose songs include Never Forget. Back for Good, A Million Love Songs, Greatest Day. The Flood, Relight My Fire, Shine and Rule the World.

The musical stars Five to Five, the winners from BBC’s Let It Shine.

It stops off at The Lowry in Salford as part of a UK tour.

The Band runs until Saturday, January 26. For more information, including tickets, visit The Lowry website.

It is fast becoming Bolton’s number one attraction.

Bolton’s Egypt features a walk-through replica of the tomb of the ancient pharaoh Thutmose III. The exhibition features over 2,000 artefacts from Bolton’s significant collection.

Phil Olson’s comedy play gets its British premiere tomorrow.
