Dave's Aquarium
A THIEF who attempted to steal an external fish tank fertiliser, worth £292, from Dave's Aquarium in Bolton has been given a 20 week suspended prison sentence.
Dean Hodson, aged 32, of Foxglove Drive, Bury, pleaded guilty to committing the offence on November 6 last year.
Hodson was ordered to have treatment for drug addiction for six months and must participate in 15 days of rehabilitation activities.
He was also told he must pay the aquarium £100 in compensation as well as £300 towards prosecution costs.
