A THIRD man has been charged in connection with the death of Billy Livesley from Wigan.
Myles David Connors, 24, of no fixed address, has been charged with the murder of Billy Livesley and has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Crown Court on February 3.
On Friday December 28 2018 at around 9.35pm, police were called by the ambulance service to reports that a man had been assaulted on Bickershaw Lane, in Abram.
21-year-old Billy Livesley died in hospital the next evening.
Peter Connor, 31 of no fixed address is also charged with murder. He appeared at Wigan Magistrates’ Court on Friday January 4.
James Anthony Connor, 37 of James Street, Atherton has been charged with making threats to kill. He has been remanded to appear at Bolton Crown Court on Tuesday February 12.
Although the charge against James Connor has come as a result of the investigation into the murder of Billy Livesley, the charge does not relate to Billy himself.
Seven people have been arrested in total during the investigation.
A 58-year-old man has been released under investigation and a 22-year-old man has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Two men – aged 25 and 26 – have been released with no further action.
