A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash on Saturday night.
The incident happened around midnight on the junction of Derby Street and Peace Street, in Bolton.
It involved two cars and one man had to be freed by firefighters due to the passenger door being damaged.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "We attended an RTC on Saturday night involving two cars.
"One adult male was trapped in a vehicle.
"Ambulance and police turned up and the man was taken to Royal Bolton Hospital for checks.
"There were no obvious injuries."
