TRAIN passengers are experiencing more problems in Bolton today after another service was completely cancelled at one station because of "overcrowding".
The 07.49 train to Rochdale stopped at each of its intended destinations but missed Hall i' th' Wood station.
After receiving complaints from passengers, staff at Northern, which operates the trains in Bolton, confirmed that Hall i' th' Wood was the only station to be missed.
In a tweet, a spokesman for the company said: "I will be reporting this to the planning team and I do apologise for the frustrations this has caused."
Northern released service updates on three lines this morning, none of which include Bolton's stations.
There is severe disruption from York to Leeds and minor disruption from Selby to Leeds and from Wigan Northwestern to Liverpool via St Helens Central.
All other routes are said to have "good service" this morning.
