A TEENAGER has been fined by magistrates after he admitted being in charge of a Ford car after drinking more than double the alcohol limit.

Mila Halvac, aged 18, of Luton Street, Bolton, also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance.

He was fined £180 and ordered to pay £115 in costs and charges.

Halvac was also banned from driving for 12 months.
