Girl 'threatened with scissors' in town centre disturbance
POLICE were called to a disturbance in the Fairfield area of Bury yesterday.
Residents claimed a teenage girl threatened another girl with a pair of scissors.
One of the young people involved was left with a bruised eye. She was taken to hospital.
A number of residents witnessed the disturbance in Craven Street late yesterday afternoon.
Greater Manchester Police have been contacted for a comment.
