Police pursued a vehicle after a burglary
A DRIVER was pursued by police in Kearsley after a burglary.
The vehicle was recovered and later found to be stolen.
Residents reported seeing a vehicle driving the wrong way down a slip road at Kearsley roundabout.
Greater Manchester Police's traffic officers tweeted: "A stolen vehicle from a burglary was recovered following a short pursuit in Kearsley.
"The vehicle was recovered with no damage.
"Enquiries are ongoing with crime scene investigators (CSI) to trace offenders.
"The owner will be getting their pride and joy back very soon."
