CHILDREN at St Catherine's Primary School Horwich were to be congratulated backin April, 1989.
The pupils had raised £315 to help the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).
The school assembled for the grand presentation of the cheque to Sid Pritchard, the area appeals organiser for the RNIB. He said the money would beused to buy tape machines for talking books.
