A DRIVER caught with a revoked licence told police that he had bought his car insurance on messaging app Snapchat.
The black Toyota Auris was stopped in Broadgreen Gardens, in Farnworth in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Police discovered that the man's licence was revoked and he then gave a bizarre explanation when asked about insurance.
The car was seized by police and the driver was reported.
