DRIVERS are experiencing delays due to a lane closure on the M61.
One lane has been shut off after a lorry's tyre blew.
Highways England traffic officers have been called to the northbound carriageway between Junction 2 for Kearsley and Junction 4 for Walkden.
Highways England tweeted about the incident: "Traffic patrols are currently on the scene assisting the HGV driver with an offside tyre change."
