A PENSIONER who harassed a female neighbour by sending her numerous abusive, offensive and racist letters has been fined £100 by Bolton magistrates.
Elaine Hodkinson, aged 65, of Tithe Barn Street, Westhoughton, pleaded guilty to committing the offence between September last year and February

Hodkinson was ordered to have treatment for alcohol addiction for six months and must also participate in rehabilitation activities for 15 days.
She was also told she must pay £170 in costs and charges and a restraining order was made banning her from contacting Sherryl Kikigue or going to her home.
