A WALKING club is planning a trio of new trips this weekend.
Bolton CHA Rambling Club has invited any interested walkers to join them on routes of varying distance.
All three rambles take place on Saturday. The first walk is set to begin at 8.40am, with walkers meeting at Bolton Railway Station.
The group will travel to Chinley Station in Derbyshire for 10.30am for a ten-mile hike across Chinley, Rushup Edge, Castleton and Hope.
Next, there is an eight-mile long walk beginning at 10.30am from Lever Park Avenue.
The ramble will take the group past several Bolton landmarks including the historic Pigeon Tower in Rivington, Dean Brook and Fishermans' Walk.
Finally, there will be third hike of six miles beginning at the Royal Arms carpark, in Ryal Fold, at 10.30am.
This will take walkers through Roddlesworth, Higher Hill and Weasel Lane.
A further three walks are also planned to take place at 10.30am on Wednesday, March 27, with the routes varying between 8.5 and six miles.
