PLANS have been submitted seeking to turn a house into five one-bedroom flats.
The proposals seek to change the property at 62 Railway Road, on the edge of Leigh town centre.
The application states it "seeks permission to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the Site into five one bedroom flats and an "additional bicycle storage area".
Plans have been submitted on behalf of JRO Properties Limited.
The application is on consultation until April 11.
