A ENTIRE row of shops are listed for sale in the town centre... but you will need a spare £1.5 million if you want them.
Seven properties located between 181 and 189 Derby Street are listed on property website Rightmove.
The stores included are the Afghan Cuisine restaurant, a butchers shop, a print shop, a fashion shop, a furniture shop, an estate/letting agent, and a beauty salon.
Estate agents Lamb & Swift Commercial are marketing the property and they have said they will listen to offers in excess of £1.5 million.
Lamb & Swift have described the site as having potential for further development, particularly of the first floor into studio flats.
They have also confirmed that pre-planning advice is being sought for 58 studio flats, including the erection of a third storey.

“Internally, the premises provide for, as previously mentioned, 7 shops, one of which is a restaurant and all of which vary in size and use, including a builders, a letting agents, a furniture shop, a print shop and a beauty salon.”
