MARKET Place in Bolton will host the cast of The Albert Halls’ production of Beauty and the Beast on Good Friday.

Customers are invited to come down to the centre on the morning of Friday, April 19 to meet characters of the show and enjoy some free, themed arts and crafts throughout the morning.

The show, by Joseph Purdy Productions will run from April 15-22 at the Albert Halls, telling the tale as old as time – Beauty and the Beast.

Nikki Wilson-Cook, centre manager, Market Place says, “We’re thrilled to be welcoming the cast from Beauty and the Beast to Market Place this Good Friday. Their appearance is sure to go down well with young fans and provide families with some more free fun – in addition to our scheduled calendar of free events this school holidays.”

In the show, Belle lives in the little village of Boltonia, she finds herself trapped in a kingdom deep in the depths of forest captured by the Beast for whom she must learn to love for who he truly is before the last rose petal falls.

The Beast was transformed from a once handsome prince by the Enchantress of the rose who joins Potty Polly, Silly Willy and evil Gaston in this enchanting pantomime adventure.

The audience is invited to join them on truly magical Easter adventure with glittering sets, sparkling costumes and a laugh a minute script. Just make sure you get you ticket before the final rose petal falls.
