A CAR was seized by police after a haul of cigars was found in the boot.
Officers stopped the Ford Ka in Manchester Road, in Bolton, last night.
Police said that, when asked, the man had issues recalling his name, birthday and who owned the car.
It was also discovered that he had been driving without insurance.
