TWO garden sheds were destroyed in a fire in Horwich last night.
Firefighters were called to the blaze in Hilton Avenue at 5.40pm and found the pair of sheds engulfed in flames.
The blaze is thought to have been caused by an electrical fault, and also caused damage to some fencing.
Crews worked at the scene for about 30 minutes to put out the fire.
No one was injured, although a neighbour was left "shaken up", according to firefighters.
Jason Martin, watch manager at Horwich Fire Station, said: "The sheds were well alight when we got there.
"The fire totally destroyed both sheds and a neighbouring property's fencing.
"We have put it down to an electrical fault, there was electricity being supplied to the shed.
"The neighbour was shaken up and said they had never seen flames that high before."
