EX- CORONATION Street stars Vicky Entwistle will star in the Octagon's next play.
Vicky, who played Janice Battersby, and Dean, who is known to millions as Luke Britton, will appear in Importance of Being Earnest at the Albert Halls in Bolton.
The theatre closes its 2018/19 season with Oscar Wilde’s sensational and lavish tale of witty comedy directed by Suba Das, artistic director of HighTide Festival.
The production will be running from Thursday, June 6 to Saturday, June 15 at the venue whilst the Octagon Theatre building is undergoing a major redevelopment.
The Octagon building will reopen early in 2020 with new and improved facilities that will ensure the theatre delivers world-class theatre in Bolton in a theatre for the future.
The theatre is undergoing a multi-million pound investment to make it more accessible and enhance the audience experience.
