Market Place was selected as the ideal venue to host the event due to the explosion of great food and drink on offer within the centre over recent years.

Event organiser Matt Farnworth, Bluetree Media said: "I am really excited to be able to bring the Wine Festival back to Bolton for it's second year. Last year was a big success and was far better received than I imagined. We have been really conscious of not losing the intimacy of last year’s event, so we have deliberately not grown it in size, but we’ve got some returning traders as well as some brand new ones who will bring something different to the event.”

Nikki Wilson-Cook, Centre Manager, Market Place added: "We’re thrilled to welcome the Bolton Wine Festival back to Market Place this year. It’s a great opportunity for customers to sample a variety of drinks produced across the region and if last year’s event is anything to go by. We’re sure it will be a huge success.”
