THIS pile of pennies raised by regulars at the Saddle Inn in Horwich helped put some money in the coffers of a national charity back in 1990.
The stunt raised more than £150 for the Royal National Institute for the Blind. Publicans Steve and Debbie Wallwork were pictured with their son Paddy, brewery area manager Kieran Phelan and regulars John Swane and John Mills. Do you remember? Get in touch with your memories.
