A LONGSTANDING Bolton dental practice has been sold.

Withers and Ripley Dental Surgery, an established NHS dental practice, has been acquired by another operator — Hanji Dental Group.

Established over 60 years ago, the business was acquired by principal Keith Withers in 1997, before entering into a partnership in 2001 with Simon Ripley.

The practice comprises three well fitted surgeries and presents ample opportunity for expansion, prominently situated in a mixed commercial and residential area on the edge of town.

Former Principals, Keith Withers and Simon Ripley said: "We are extremely happy with the outcome and wish Dr Hanji the best of luck with the future of the practice!”

Hanji Dental Group is an expanding firm, with sites across the North and Midlands.

Special business property adviser Christie & Co sought offers in excess of £1,750,000 plus the freehold interest of Withers and Ripley Dental Surgery.
