PROTECTION: The Mayor of Blackrod with Blackrod Amateur Boxing Club
A BOXING club are putting safety first when it comes to their hearts.
Blackrod Amateur Boxing Club have fitted a defibrillator, donated by AEDdonate.
Operating out of Tricky's Gym Ltd, the boxing club hosts more than 30 children at sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
Coach Rick Godding said: "It is great knowing if anything ever happened to any of them we have this great piece of equipment at hand."
