PLANS for a neighbourhood fitness and recreation facility near the town centre have been put on hold.
An application to build a number of units for light industrial use on an empty site in Topping Street has been withdrawn.
The plans, put together by Neil Pike Architects, include creating a fitness and recreation facility above the industrial units.
The man behind the plans was asked by the council to provide more information before the application is considered.
This includes a crime impact and flooding survey.
The plans, put together by Neil Pike Architects, should be resubmitted in the next few weeks.
