PLANNERS have received a proposal to renovate the interior of a Grade-II listed town centre bank.
The Royal Bank of Scotland building in Deansgate could be subject to a revamp inside, in the basement and on the ground and first floors.
The front of the building could also be changed, with new branding and advertisements added.
Council planners have delegated the application to officers, meaning it will not be heard by the planning committee.
The proposals were put forward by Sale-based company Space Invader Design.
A decision on the plans is expected to be made by mid-June.
