Gail, the 17-months-old trainee guide dog, went along to All Saints C of E Primary School, Devon Street, Moses Gate, where the children in the nursery class had been collecting silver paper for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, in 1986. Gail was one of several dogs taken to the school to make friends with the children.
