M62 traffic camera
A BROKEN down vehicle was blocking a lane on M62 westbound near Warrington this morning, Wednesday.
The incident occurred between junction 12 for Eccles Interchange and junction 11 for Birchwood.
All lanes are now open but delays remain in the roadworks area.
