POLICE are appealing for witnesses after reports of a man walking around Bolton "with no trousers on".
Officers were called to woods near Smithills Hall, off Smithills Dean Road, on Thursday morning to reports that a man was indecently exposing himself to members of the public.
He is also reported to have been seen walking through fields near to Thornleigh Salesian College at Sharples Park.
An alleged image of the man has been shared on social media.
In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 9.30am on Thursday May 23, 2019, police were called to reports that a man had been indecently exposing himself earlier that day in woodlands by Smithills Dean Road. Enquiries are ongoing."
Anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting incident number 567 of 23/05/2019, or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
