A rambling club is set to host two walks through picturesque countryside.
Bolton Ramblers first trip is a five mile evening walk in Rivington, which will take place on Wednesday.
Budding walkers are invited to join in the two-hour moderately paced circular walk, with members meeting at the front of Blackedge Brewery, Hampson Street, Horwich, at 6.45pm.
The route of the walk will pass through Tigers Clough to the Pigeon Tower before heading through the Japanese Gardens and eventually circling back to the brewery.
This is followed by a second, longer walk on Sunday, with the Bolton Ramblers team set to meet at Barrow Bridge car park at 10am.
Sunday's ramble is a more challenging trip, taking a nine-mile circular route.
Walkers will take a trip across Burnt Edge and Wilder's Moor to Two Lads and Rivington Pike and return via Winter Hill and Smithills Moor.
