A MAN has been seen snatching money from underneath a wheelie bin, say police.
CCTV images have been released after money believed to have been left underneath a wheelie bin was stolen.
Police officers from Bolton North took to Twitter to warn residents about low level crime in The Haulgh area. They urged them to be "aware" after a male was pictured in images.
An offender is said to always be accompanied by a dog.
Posting on Twitter, an officer stated: "Other low level crime has been committed the Haulgh area.
"Offender seems to always have his dog with him."
