A TOP chef with a Bolton-based wholesale greengrocers has been honoured with a prestigious industry award.
Laurence Tottingham, 38, who lives in Prestwich works for Oliver Kay and won the Development Chef Award at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
TV presenter and chef James Tanner presented the award.
Mr Tottingham helps Oliver Kay's customers with their menus and recipe developments. He has previously worked with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck in Bray.
