A TELECOMS scheme is set to cause delays as engineers dig up a key road.
Staff from BT will begin work at Station Road, Blackrod, this morning in a project which will take place throughout the day.
Due to the work, two-way signals will be in place during off-peak hours, which is set to cause delays.
